3. Revenue Leak Calculator

The Revenue Leak Calculator uses assumptions supplied by the user to create a directional estimate of potential revenue opportunity.

5. Free Resources

Flowexa may make downloadable resources available after a user submits required information.

You may use downloaded resources for your own internal business purposes. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you may not:

• Resell or commercially redistribute the resources as your own.
• Remove Flowexa branding or copyright notices.
• Publish the full resources as your own content.
• Use the resources to create a competing product intended to replace the original resources.

6. Intellectual Property

The Flowexa website, branding, written materials, resource content, designs, graphics, software and other original content are owned by Flowexa or used under applicable rights and licenses.

Except for the limited personal or internal business use expressly permitted above, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you by using the website or downloading a resource.

7. Strategy Calls

A strategy call is an introductory business conversation. Booking a strategy call does not create a client relationship, engagement, partnership, agency relationship or service contract unless Flowexa and the relevant party separately agree to one in writing.

8. Free Pilot

Any free pilot or free assessment offered through Flowexa is subject to the specific eligibility, scope, availability and conditions communicated by Flowexa.

Flowexa may decline, pause or end a pilot where the business, process, systems, data, timing or operational conditions are unsuitable for the proposed work.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit information that you know is false, misleading or materially incomplete.
• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
